Clinton Emailers Rattled After State Department Fires Off ‘Culpability Letters’ For Homebrew Server Messages

The State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security has finally finished sifting through millions of emails from Hillary Clinton’s controversial ‘basement server’ – many of which were classified, and/or blind-copied to a Gmail address bearing the name of a Chinese company according to intelligence community inspector general (ICIG) Frank Rucker.

While State Department investigators began contacting former officials around 18 months ago, the probe actually began under President Obama. In recent weeks, the State Department has contacted approximately 130 officials whose emails which went through Clinton’s special server have been retroactively classified and may now pose potential security violations, according to the Washington Post.

“This has nothing to do with who is in the White House,” said a senior State Department official. “This is about the time it took to go through millions of emails, which is about 3½ years.”

The flood of letters which began in August read “You have been identified as possibly bearing some culpability” regarding “security incidents,” according to the report.

The list of State officials being questioned includes prominent ambassadors and assistant secretaries of state responsible for U.S. policy in the Middle East, Europe and Central Asia. But it also includes dozens of current and former career bureaucrats who served as conduits for outside officials trying to get important messages to Clinton.

In most cases the bureaucrats and political appointees didn’t send the emails directly to Clinton, but passed them to William Burns, who served as deputy secretary of state, or Jake Sullivan, the former director of policy planning at the State Department. Burns and Sullivan then forwarded the messages to Clinton’s private email. -WaPo

President Trump’s opponents will likely take WaPo’s editorialized cue and accuse the president of targeting political adversaries – like the Obama administration did with the IRS. Note how WaPo is lying in order to bolster the new narrative behind the Clinton email revival – claiming that Trump “used multiple levers of his office to pressure the leader of Ukraine,” when the leader of Ukraine announced on Wednesday “Nobody pushed me” to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden – nor did he know about $400 million in US military aid Trump paused prior to a July 25 phone call.

To many of those under scrutiny, including some of the Democratic Party’s top foreign policy experts, the recent flurry of activity surrounding the Clinton email case represents a new front on which the Trump administration could be accused of employing the powers of the executive branch against perceived political adversaries.

The existence of the probe follows revelations that the president used multiple levers of his office to pressure the leader of Ukraine to pursue investigations that Trump hoped would produce damaging information about Democrats, including potential presidential rival Joe Biden. -WaPo

So while the State Department said they are bound by law to adjudicate any violations, former Obama administration officials say the probe is a ‘remarkably aggressive crackdown.’

“It is such an obscene abuse of power and time involving so many people for so many years,” said one former US official of the inquiry, adding “This has just sucked up people’s lives for years and years.”

WaPo lies again in suggesting that President Trump has no grounds to pursue Clinton associates as he has “improperly disclosed classified information to foreign officials.” Except that the president has an inherent constitutional authority to declassify information at will, meaning the rules of disclosure of classified information don’t apply to him.

Back to the Clinton email saga, WaPo reports that in many cases, “the incidents appear to center on the sending of information attributed to foreign officials, including summaries of phone conversations with foreign diplomats — a routine occurrence among State Department employees.”

There is no indication in any of the materials reviewed by The Post that the emails under scrutiny contained sensitive information about classified U.S. initiatives or programs. In one case, a former official was asked to explain dozens of messages dating back to 2009 that contained messages that foreign officials wanted relayed rapidly to Washington at a time when U.S. Foreign Service officers were equipped with BlackBerrys and other devices that were not capable of sending classified transmissions. The messages came in through “regular email” and then were forwarded through official — though unclassified — State Department channels. -WaPo

And while The Post may have no indication that any of the emails contained sensitive information about classified US initiatives or programs, they don’t disclose how many of the underlying emails they reviewed, or who they came from.

According to the report, many of those contacted in the probe have been found “not culpable” – with many letters reading that investigators “determined that the [security] incident is valid,” but that the person did not “bear any individual culpability.”

Wisconsin Carry Starts a Movement: #2ATuesday

Wisconsin Carry Starts a Movement: #2ATuesday

Last year, Wisconsin Carry, Inc. (WCI) won a lawsuit against a school in Wisconsin that forbid a student from wearing a pro-gun T-shirt. In addition to being ready, willing, able and eager to file as many lawsuits as there are willing plaintiffs in schools across the state, WCI has started #2ATuesday. Nik Clark, CEO of WCI, provides background and his reasoning behind the movement.
Let’s Go Viral

The essence of 2ATuesday is to harness the power of social media’s “viral trends” among the younger generation to drive a pro-gun cultural movement. Baby boomers and Gen Xers are aging out of the operative generation. Due to the past 20 to 30 years’ worth of saturation of anti-gun messaging in schools, millennials and Gen Z will most likely not present a pro-gun voting majority in the future.

2ATuesday encourages students to wear non-violent and non-threatening pro-gun or pro-Second Amendment apparel to school on Tuesdays and to post selfies or other photos on social media with the hashtag #2ATuesday. Imagine the impact on the hearts and minds of younger people if #2ATuesday became viral like the Ice Bucket Challenge.

We need to drive a cultural change if we want to see the Second Amendment and our right to carry protected. Asking legislators to hold firm and protect Second Amendment rights as they increasingly lose support is a hopeless proposition — even if it’s simply a perception due to the media’s false realities.
History Doesn’t Lie

It is clear from looking at history that legislation and legislators do not drive cultural change. They follow it. They attach to something after it becomes popular for political expediency (see civil rights, gay rights, etc. for proof). Politicians chase popularity, trends and votes … not principles.

If all we do is demand legislators reject gun control, we are destined to lose. It’s only a matter of time. The Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) didn’t protect same-sex marriage; concealed carry (and constitutional carry) laws won’t protect our gun rights. And truthfully, I believe the Supreme Court — even with a “conservative” majority — won’t be a firewall if the anti-gun sentiment continues to grow. I don’t foresee the Second Amendment ever being repealed, but I do foresee the courts gutting it to a point of insignificance and symbolism only.

Guns are cool. The historic role of guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens is very cool. The value and role of firearms is as applicable and necessary today as when the nation was born in 1776. Beyond just a trend, there is a great story to tell about guns. #2ATuesday is a way to tell that story.
Youth Culture and #2ATuesday

Young people, especially high schoolers, are prone to challenge authority and, at the same time, desperately seek approval of peer groups. Adults often take cues from their kids on trends. #2ATuesday is about having youth show pride in something they believe in: the right to protect and defend others.

At first, only the truly bold and brave will participate. But after they succeed, others will follow. In addition, Wisconsin Carry, Inc. can support students with litigation against any school that so much as reprimands them for wearing pro-gun apparel.*

Of course, I say this knowing that a school’s legal counsel will most likely quickly advise the district that it will lose. But if a couple of districts want to try to fight in court, we would be thrilled. It only takes one student whose parents encourage him or her to wear pro-gun apparel and are willing to be a silent plaintiff in a lawsuit on the child’s behalf to win — and blaze a trail for others to do the same.

If we drive a cultural movement to support our God-given right to self-defense, politicians will fall all over themselves to pass pro-gun legislation. Instead of the citizenry idly hoping for protection and principle, legislators (being the popularity-chasing folks they are) will be going out of their way to attach themselves to a cultural movement.
Looking for an Outlet

The mainstream news media will never accurately represent the pro-gun sentiment, even if it does begin to grow. Even if 75 percent of U.S. residents obtain concealed carry licenses, the legacy network news and Hollywood power brokers won’t be on board. Social media is the only venue we have to drive a national movement. We need to do it sooner than later — before social media censors pro-gun entities.

At the end of the 2018/2019 school year, WCI held a weekly contest providing swag to the best #2ATuesday photo. With more support, this can grow bigger than WCI. I hope to introduce this to other non-affiliated state-based groups, encouraging them to act similarly. This could be a national trend.

I truly think public schools are the best place to start this. We can’t allow young people to be indoctrinated against guns for the first 18 years of life. By the time they leave high school, they are so biased against guns, only a dedicated minority will still embrace the Second Amendment in any recognizable form.

I think pro-gun folks are desperately looking for a way to have their voices heard. They don’t hear their views represented in the media. There are so many people who reject the demonization of lawful carry and gun ownership and who are eager to find a way to express their support for the Second Amendment. #2ATuesday has the potential to give them that outlet.

*Students willing and wishing to participate in #2ATuesday should confirm that a school’s dress code does not specifically call out pro-gun apparel but only violent messaging.

Kevin M • an hour ago

Do you want to end up suing your school for being anti-gun? Wisconsin Carry will help. If a school disciplines a student for wearing a pro-gun t-shirt with a NON-VIOLENT message. WCI will sue on that student’s behalf. Break out those non-violent t-shirts EVERY TUESDAY…. post pictures to Instagram or Twitter and tag them #2Atuesday and #Weprotect. California just passed a law forcing Vaccines on kids – even kids with medical problems circumventing doctors to prevent exemptions

California just passed a law forcing Vaccines on kids – even kids with medical problems circumventing doctors to prevent exemptions

State Senator Richard Pan introduced Senate Bill 276 (SB 276), which will do 3 things:
Give sole power to grant medical exemptions to government officials. These officials will not be required to see the patient or have any medical training.
Restrict the awarding of medical exemptions to only those who fall within the stringent CDC guidelines. The state will have the power to revoke exemptions granted previously under SB277.
Create and maintain a database of all medical exemptions. Since the state health department is not a medical establishment, it will not be prohibited from disclosing this information or sharing it with other government entities.

TTAV-Breaking-News-March-Against-sb276

Under current laws, California doctors may issue a medical exemption for any child that had a medical reason for skipping the vaccines. Doctor discretion varied widely and was not restricted to the stringent CDC guidelines. But many doctors, including Dr. Kenneth Stoller, were persecuted for issuing “too many” medical exemptions. In May, San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera announced that he was investigating Dr. Kenneth Stoller for allegedly writing fraudulent medical exemptions for mandatory childhood vaccinations.
He followed the announcement with a subpoena asking Dr. Stoller to surrender private patient medical records for any of his patients seeking a medical exemption, citing “state nuisance” laws. Dr. Stoller fought back, protecting both his authority as a physician and the privacy rights of his patients. But SB 276 will change all that.
It seems apparent that the bill was designed for the dual purposes of
1) transferring exemption authority from doctors to the state and
2) creating a vaccination database to track the records of all Californians.

California Senate Bills 276 and 714

Parents, teachers, and children continued a demonstration this week against California Senate Bills 276 and 714, both of which will enact drastic and oppressive changes to vaccination requirements. Protests continued throughout the day on Friday and show no signs of slowing down.
On Monday, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed both bills into law after majority approval by both the Senate and the Assembly. Protestors stood on chairs and shouted from the balconies signaling the beginning of what has been a week-long demonstration. Activists shut down both chambers of the California state legislature, filling the halls and creating a human barrier around the government buildings.

SB 276: California Passes New Restrictive Vaccine Laws… Who’s Really Calling the Shots?

Our staff have been on the ground, interviewing protestors and witnessing the movement first-hand, while our research team has reached out to several activists and politicians for comment.
Injecting your child with these vaccines is like playing Russian roulette with their health, and State Senator Pan wants to make sure you can’t opt out. And why? Because he’s beholden to the pharmaceutical industry, just like many of our lawmakers and regulatory authorities.
We need to demand a higher standard for these drugs. Safety testing needs to be commensurate with the rest of the pharmaceutical world, manufacturers need to be held liable for selling harmful, unsafe drugs to patients, and we need to get money out of the process.

(GRAND BAHAMA) JUST IN: #TropicalStormHumberto Lashes an already devastated parts with heavy rain and strong winds on Saturday, and forecasters said it was likely to become a hurricane before the end of the weekend creating worry for the 2,000 plus people living in makeshift shelters after #HurricaneDorian #AceNewsDesk reports
5h ago

#AceNewsReport – Sept.14: The storm is expected to leave the northwestern Bahamas later on Saturday and then will move well offshore of the east coast of Florida and into the Atlantic Ocean through early next week, according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center: Humberto had maximum sustained winds of 50 miles per hour (85 km per hour) with higher gusts, and was expected to become a hurricane by Sunday night, the Miami-based NHC said on Saturday Reuters reported.
image1-43

It barely moved during Saturday morning, the NHC said, and was located about 30 miles (45 km) east-northeast of Great Abaco Island. It was forecast to resume a slow motion toward the northwest and north later in the day: Forecasters said the storm could drop up to six inches (15.24 cm) of rain in some areas but that it was not expected to produce significant storm surge in the northwestern Bahamas, which were hammered earlier this month by #HurricaneDorian: Humberto could, however, hamper relief efforts in the area where thousands of structures were flattened and 70,000 people were left needing shelter, food and water and medical aid:

Dorian slammed into the Bahamas on Sept. 1 as a Category 5 storm, one of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes ever to hit land, packing top sustained winds of 185 miles per hour (298 km per hour): Bahamian Prime Minister Hubert Minnis has said the official death toll from Dorian stands at 50 but that hundreds of people are missing and it is expected to rise.

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres arrived in Nassau on Friday in a show of international support: He met with evacuees at a shelter and told reporters Dorian should be a wake-up call for the world about the dangers of climate change………………..“If we don’t reverse the situation we’ll see tragedies like this one multiplying and becoming more and more intense, more frequent,” Guterres said. “Climate change is running faster than what we are. We need to reverse this trend.”

Tropical Storm Humberto is threatening Grand Bahama Island just weeks after the island nation was pummeled by Hurricane Dorian: The potential danger is creating new worries for the more than 2,000 people living in shelters and those trying to rebuild their homes. Meteorologist Jeff Berardelli is tracking the storm: CBS reports https://ift.tt/30hD8zc

6-Year-Old Saves Teacher’s Life After Fall Knocks Her Unconscious: ‘It Looked Like a Murder Scene’

A 6-year-old boy is being hailed as a hero after his quick-thinking action saved the life of a substitute teacher at Frostproof Elementary School in central Florida.

On Aug. 22, Joyce Darr, 67, fell and suffered a serious head injury while teaching a group of kindergarteners. Panicked at the sight of their teacher unconscious and bleeding on the floor, the children froze, according to WTVT.

But one student, Max Aguilar, instantly leaped into action, running out of the classroom to find help.

“If it wasn’t for Max she’d be dead, no doubt about it,” Darr’s son, Derek Darr told WTVT. “It’s a miracle.”

In the middle of Darr’s lesson, another student accidentally knocked into the teacher, causing her to lose her balance and fall. She hit her head on one of the desks, which cracked her skull and caused severe bleeding.

Derek told The Western Journal that the area where his mother fell “looked like a murder scene” when custodians came to clean up after the accident.

After Max ran for help, Darr was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

The injury left Darr with bleeding in her brain, which likely would have killed her if help had not arrived when it did.

“Of all the students in the class, [Max] was the one that immediately ran for help,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in a video posted on Facebook.

Darr was placed on life support for twelve days.

“All we can do is wait & pray,” Darr’s son wrote on Facebook.

But thanks to Max, Darr is recovering and able to walk again.

“You will forever be family Max. I love you forever,” Derek Darr wrote on Facebook. “Thank you thank you thank you.”

Derek arranged for Max and his mom to visit Darr in the hospital and, as a thank you, gifted him a pair of Jordan sneakers.

The sheriff’s department also gave the tiny hero a Good Citizenship Award and a new bike.

The 6-year-old’s mother, Monica Aguilar, teared up during the ceremony where Max was given his award.

“I’m very proud of him,” she told WTVT. “He’s my little hero.”

Darr is forever thankful to the little boy who saved his mother’s life and is grateful to God for her recovery.

“Mom is very weak but is alive and getting stronger every day,” Darr told MSN News. “She was standing some today.”

“Prayers work!” he said.
